One of the best experiences of my life! My son, daughter, and I recently became open water certified. Al was our instructor and I don’t know if you can ask for a better person to train with. His knowledge, care, and compassion (even jokes) created an outstanding learning environment. Both Al and Ryan (assistant diver) were exceptional with our kids who can’t stop talking about their experiences! If you are thinking of taking a class – it’s a no brainer GREEN BAY SCUBA! The small class sizes and real world experience the staff have to go along the curriculum really make learning easy. I love Green Bay Scuba. We went through Green Bay Scuba to get certified for our work. And let me just tell you Barb and Al are so absolutely knowledgeable, and work so well with you. I felt so safe and comfortable doing open water dives with them under their instructions as a first time diver, and Barb takes the time to educate you and give you options on a variety of equipment. I know we will be working a lot with them. I really appericate Barb and Al and I’m glad we got certified through them. Great people, great business ?????? – via google

My fiancé and I wanted to get scuba certified and we were looking for a dive shop in the Appleton / Green Bay area that best met our needs. We wanted a dive shop that provided a full offering of the PADI classes,: reputable, certified and experienced training and equipment service staff; fully stocked dive equipment inventory; a social presence offering regularly scheduled local diving events and travel dive opportunities, and a welcoming personal touch.

We visited the four dive shops in the Appleton / Green Bay area and were most impressed with Green Bay Scuba. They offer all the training, services, support and equipment we were looking for, have a very active social calendar, and after spending an hour talking with Barb, we knew it was the right dive shop for us.

The Open Water Dive classes were great, the mix of book, video, and in-person classroom provided the perfect learning environment for us. The dive instructor staff is amazing, super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They also offer online classes if that better fits your needs.

We definitely made the right choice and look forward to joining the Green Bay Scuba family for the summer Wednesday night dives and winter dive travel destinations. – via google

Barb, Al, and James were awesome. The focus was on learning and learning confidence while practicing somewhat stressful underwater dive exercises. This was done with flying colors. On top of top tier dive masters with tons of knowledge and real life experiences they were also kind, very relaxed, and moderately funny 😉 we will be scheduling our advanced diver with them just because of how amazing the learning atmosphere was!

Barb, Al, and James were awesome. The focus was on learning and learning confidence while practicing somewhat stressful underwater dive exercises. This was done with flying colors. On top of top tier dive masters with tons of knowledge and real life experiences they were also kind, very relaxed, and moderately funny 😉 we will be scheduling our advanced diver with them just because of how amazing the learning atmosphere was!
