The customer service when we initially arrived was actually really good, so we thought we were in good hands. Communication After drop off was non existent, and we were very frustrated at how hard it was to reach them. After all was said and done, they broke my fiancée’s dive computer, and then offered no solution to make it right. To top it all off, we didn’t realize their was a leak in her reg until we made it to our dive destination. Luckily it was small and didn’t ruin the trip. If you’re wondering between this place and another dive shop, I’d recommend a different option. – via google

I signed up for class at the boat show this past February before COVID-19 stopped the world from turning. Doug had to postpone classes until just recently but he and his team kept me informed on class scheduling. Having just taken the class portion for open water certification, I can safely say that these folks really know what they are doing. Doug talks you through everything and takes the time to be sure you understand the material that’s covered. I enjoy the laid back atmosphere which really puts you at ease and there’s no pressure on learning. I’m looking forward to my upcoming pool dive and open water dives!

Do not trust this store at all with your equipment. Very disorganized – the front office staff are not dive pros so you get a lot of misinformation. Wasted trip to pick up our equipment only to find it’s not ready when promised. The front office staff was rightly apologetic and tried to make the situation better but she knows nothing about dive equipment. The owner/dive pro is not around. Avoid at all costs. – via Google

I learned scuba dive here and became a regular after the summer of 2018. Everyone was so wonderful and friendly. Doug is extremely knowledgeable and everyone helps out at the shop always made me feel very comfortable to go on dive trips with them. I moved away from the city now, I miss seeing these group of friends. If time permits in the future, I will definitely go on dive trips with them again! It is always a bliss! – via google
