Very nice hotel. The hotel staffs are very helpful. It was raining throughout & unable to spot the hotel location. They send a car to pick us to the hotel. Foods are delicious. Ropeway is connected with the hotel so no need to worry. Very good experience. – via

Very bad experience. Restaurant staff is not helpful except for one guy… Hospitality too bad. Very limited options in food and that too did not seem like they were willing to serve well. – via

Got Delux room # 403. Warm welcome to a snow clad mountain view from the room window. Simply great. A Very spacious room. All Wooden interiors. Neat bathroom. Amenities – Water heater kettle, thermos jar, tv & cable, room heater, water geyser, western toilet, wooden cupboard.

A very welcoming staff, (some items may not be available always). It is the place to stay if visiting Auli. Please keep in mind that there is almost nil public transport.

Restaurant – needs to give some training to the chef as the food served needs little improvement (1 less star) but then they also have a reasonably priced bar(1 star earned) attached (Availability of many hard drinks – beer wasn’t available during my stay).
Housekeeping – needs improvement (again 1 less star). The property is beautiful but with little bit of additional cleaning & maintenance it’ll get enhanced.

Road from Joshimath to Auli needs urgent attention if UK govt expects better tourism revenues. Broken roads on a tough terrain is a deterrent to tourists. GMVN management should definitely take it up. – via
