Horrible time. Will never go again and will never recommend. Plane ride up is literally a form of claustrophobic torture and I’m not even claustrophobic! It didn’t have to be that way however but because people who work there needed to get their jumps in to become trainers they hitch a ride and jump at my expense along with taking up any breathing room that could have been possible in that ridiculously sized plane. I miss the place in Festus. This place sucks, you’re just another stupid customer and they rush you as much as possible to get you in and out. That’s not how it should be. I spent almost $2,000 for 3 people so I should have been able to make a day out of it. The place in Festus, we were playing kickball, BBQing, definitely not drinking ?? and having a blast while taking turns jumping out of a plane. At this place you have no opportunities to do anything of the sort. You give them all your money and they rush you as fast as possible! We were 35 minutes early and heard the words “hurry hurry hurry” more than three times while signing the papers. The atmosphere is very arrogant and opposite of personable. We were the only three people at the entire establishment, and you have to give us name tags to put on our shirt like we are in second grade..? How about this… Remember our names for an hour. Do your jobs and make us feel welcome. I would like to rate this – 1 star if possible. I dropped $2,000 on roulette before and had a better time than I did at this place. Save your money folks, find a more personable place to jump. Before I bad mouth every employee at the place I would still like to throw a shout-out to my tandem instructor that I jumped with. I lived. I felt safe. He was as nice as can be. But the way the place is ran and operated is garbage. – via
