Pésimo servicio. Cuando los visite en 2019 y 2020 el servicio era excelente. Tenían otro local céntrico grande donde brindaban una capacitación teórica y se podía pagar con tarjeta o efectivo sin ningún inconveniente. Hoy en día cambiaron de dueños, el local es diminuto, sin instrucciones previas. Nos hicieron ir hasta ese lugar para cobrarnos solo en efectivo (se niegan a recibir tarjeta) y luego nos dirigimos a la playa guiados por una empleada que caminaba lento como una tortuga a pleno sol. Luego cuando llegamos a la precaria plataforma fue espantoso. Esperamos cerca de media hora, amontonados con otros clientes que se encontraban esperando bajo el sol para terminar haciendo un buceo de solo 5 minutos y con nula preparación técnica, solo unas breves palabras de los instructores que se encontraban desbordados de gente. – via

Horrível, já estávamos frustrados porque o vendedor nos falou que era credenciado, seguro, todo mundo com colete, etc e tal. No local nos apresentam um termo com cláusulas que não foram mencionadas pelo vendedor, mas que tudo bem e poderíamos ignorar. Ao chegar no local do mergulho, falta de organização e algumas pessoas reclamaram de fazer o mergulho livre com o colete aberto. Minha cunhada conseguiu fazer o mergulho livre, não tiraram fotos e ela ficou com o colete aberto, tendo percebido só ao sair. Chegamos as 15h e outros que chegaram após o meu grupo passaram a frente simplesmente por falta de organização. O tempo passou e a maré começou a subir, desistimos e voltamos a praia com a mesma falta de segurança que saímos dela. Não recomendo, foi um desperdício de tempo e dinheiro. Só quem ganhou foi o vendedor. Quanto a Ganesh só o que sabe fazer é terceirizar a culpa, uma hora no vendedor, depois na equipe do mergulho e nos comentários dizer que o cliente está “equivocado”.
