Been diving with Ipswich scuba for just shy of a year now. Fantastic team that have nothing but time and patience for current and new divers. Did my openwater and Gemma was superb with the organisation and information on what I needed to do and when. Luis was my instructor and he was stern but fair, exactly what I needed. Thoroughly enjoy stopping at the shop for a chat and a coffee. Highly recommend – via google

I am diving with Ipswich Scuba since May 2021. This is a friendly dive store, shop staff and instructors are very helpful and thus, I go diving with them often and always have lots of fun. What I like most is that they always pay attention to their divers and look after them.

I did a couple of courses, e.g. Dry Suit Diver, Deep Diver or Underwater Navigation, the instructors are very experienced and great to dive with. Can thoroughly recommend for both beginner and advanced divers. – via google

I dropped off a twinset to be taken apart and two threaded caps to be added to the valve ports
Two weeks later no call so I called them I was told problems with apeks moving customer service to France was the holdup so I went to collect my tanks to get it done elsewhere to find that they had been left empty with the valves wide open and the dust caps off I got straight through to apeks and parts are available next day in U.K. just sheer incompetence and bad service from the owner I wouldn’t let them service a snorkel let alone something you are going to rely on at depth – via google
