Please never use this company. Costumer service was terrible. We had talked to them on the phone and had asked about scooter rental at 3pm and late return at 7pm before our ferry was leaving. (They close at 5pm) They said that was fine since we are paying full price for only a few hours. Afterward there was a hidden 50 dollar cash fee for late returns that no one had mentioned. We also rented snorkeling equipment. They failed to mention that due to the storm the water is very murky and snorkeling is not good. Even Our waitress told us not to bother. We return the equipment and did not see a single fish. It would have been nice for the experts who rent the equipment to tell us this. They also charged us 9 more dollars than we owed on our credit card. Which is a pain, because it is not worth a fight for 9 dollars. – via

We did both a bio bay tour and a golf cart rental. (Book together to save $5). The guide for the bio bay tour was informative and helpful! It was super windy and he had a challenge keeping us together. Set your expectations a bit lower than what you see in photos, but not low enough to cancel the trip! It was fun and very unique.
Golf carts are limited to 25mph. You will want one for a day if youre staying on the island more than a couple of days. Theyre easy to drive, affordable ($90 for 24 hrs) and youll definitely appreciate not schlepping all your stuff everywhere.

DO NOT BOOK IF ITS NOT NEW MOON. Booked the bioluminescent tour with my partner, and it felt very dishonest. We paid the full $65 price and were super excited to see the bioluminescence. Turns out it was too close to full moon (5 days before) and we could see absolutely nothing. They had to put a blanket over our kayak so we could see it for 2 minutes. They didnt mention any of this until we were ankle deep in the mud.
If its not close to the new moon, do not book this tour.
Note to the company: you should call this out before selling the experience to people, or offer discounts when you know the bioluminescence is not going to be visible. – via

My partner and I booked into the bioluminescent kayak tour. It cost $65 per person for less than 1 hour and we saw little to no bioluminescence. No warning was given to us that if the moon is close to being full you wouldnt see anything. We had to put a black blanket over our heads to see anything for 2 minutes. The explanation of the bioluminescence was extremely lacking too. This tour is a rob if its not new moon! It should only cost $20-$25 if you have to put a blanket over your head. I recommend that you go get yourself a lobster and a cocktail instead! – via

Jet Ski
. Even though its not listed on their website, they do jet ski rentals. I rented 2 for an hour. It was sooo much fun!!! Carlos, who watched over us and gave us the rules was awesome! After a few runs back and forth he didnt follow us anymore. Obviously figured out that we were just racing each other back and forth ??. Still I felt safe that he was there watching over us just in case. The guy at the kiosk (never got his name) was very helpful as well. Also
if you enjoyed your experience with Carlos, you should check him out as a waiter at El Quenepo restaurant. I went a couple of days after and he remembered me. He was truly a great waiter. Really just seems like a hard worker all around. Totally recommend!!! – via
