In August we paid for a zip lining session. Unfortunately they had to cancel due to lightning. No problem. Not their fault. We asked for a rain check to come back in a few months. We went back the day after Thanksgiving after calling first at least 6 weeks before to find out if they would be open. Then an employee called my husband a week before our scheduled time to confirm. We showed up at our confirmed time of 10 am after having driven 2 hours. Nobody was there. My husband called. Nobody answered. The same person who had confirmed the week before said he forgot and that he hasn’t been able to find anyone to accommodate us. Not ok. You call us as soon as you know you can’t accommodate rather than us driving 2 hours to discover you “forgot.” We won’t be returning and will be getting our entire payment back rather than a portion. Let’s make that work. You have our number or we’ll be calling you. – via
