Really helpful and honest people. Our tour actually got canceled due to weather but the staff called and explained why they had to cancel, gave a full refund and offered other options. Will definitely return for tour on a better weather day. Appreciate the honesty and know they really care about their customers having a good time. – via

I’ve now had 3 visits to Fraserjet hiring a kayak. Not only is it wonderful exercise but paddling across the reef following the what seems to be a resident turtle and introducing the activity to some of my intrepid friends is the most amazing way to spend a morning on this beautiful bay. Staff member, Amy is so friendly, energetic and helpful coupled with the affordable cost makes this a must do experience. – via

First time paddle boarding and made to feel confident even though I kept falling off.Great fun with member of staff who said ” well done” with big smile on her face. Can definitely recommend, friendly staff and well priced activities. – via
