Summary of these 4 months of waiting: the insurance company owes us nothing, not even the reimbursement of expenses for the restoration of the tooth, as it is our fault if THEIR MAGNET did not hold up well, it detached from life only with a very normal jumped and knocked out a boy’s tooth.
Their insurance only covers damages in the event of a malfunction of the equipment (isn’t this a malfunction???)
The mockery was confirmed by the e-mail response from the UNIPOLSAI liquidator who spoke to us about the carabiner (“the carabiner had no breaks or defects” in his exact words, when we never spoke of a carabiner!!).
Are we sure the guys stated exactly what they saw? That is what I saw and that is what really happened?
Are we also sure that the expert went to check the equipment to prevent any other person, but above all a child, from getting hurt?
I also add that the magnet (which should hold up very well) also disengaged from me during the journey and who knows how many other people who don’t report anything since they don’t suffer damage.
I would add that if the accident had depended on us we would not even have asked for the claim to be opened, but I believe that here the responsibility lies with the park and the deterioration of the equipment.

Racconto la mia spiacevole esperienza in questo parco. Vi consiglio di leggerla, così che sappiate a cosa andate incontro.
A settembre dell’anno scorso il mio compagno ed io ci rechiamo in questo parco. Dopo circa un’oretta dentro, arrivati al percorso “più difficile” il mio compagno, sotto gli occhi del personale del parco (che il caso ha voluto fossero lì in quell’esatto momento a guardare lui, entrambi) fa il salto con la liana (aggiungo in sicurezza, l’attrezzatura era messa bene) e all’arrivo si sgancia dalla sua vita la carrucola attaccata con una calamita che, con il contraccolpo per essere atterrato sulla rete, gli spacca un dente, un incisivo per l’esattezza.
Sotto shock usciamo subito dal percorso (sempre seguiti dal loro personale che era lì insieme a noi) e ci rechiamo in reception per denunciare l’accaduto.
Viene aperto il sinistro con la loro assicurazione: la unipolsai.
Riassunto di questi 4 mesi d’attesa: l’assicurazione non ci deve nulla, neanche il rimborso spese per la sistemazione del dente, in quanto è colpa nostra se la LORO CALAMITA non ha retto bene, si è staccata dalla vita solo con un normalissimo salto e ha spaccato un dente ad un ragazzo.
La loro assicurazione copre solo i danni in caso di malfunzionamento dell’attrezzatura ( questo non è un malfunzionamento???)
A confermare la presa in giro la risposta via mail della liquidatrice della UNIPOLSAI che ci parla di moschettone (“il moschettone non presentava rotture o difetti” sue testuali parole, quando noi non abbiamo mai parlato di moschettone!!).
Siamo sicuri che i ragazzi hanno dichiarato esattamente quello che hanno visto? Cioè ciò che ho visto io e cioè ciò che è realmente successo?
Siamo inoltre sicuri che il perito sia andato a verificare l’attrezzatura per evitare che qualche altra persona, ma soprattutto bambino, si faccia male?
Aggiungo anche che la calamita( che dovrebbe reggere benissimo) si è sganciata anche a me durante il percorso e chissà a quante altre persone che non segnalano nulla dato che non subiscono danni.
Aggiungo che se l’incidente fosse dipeso da noi non avremmo neanche chiesto l’apertura del sinistro, ma reputo che qui la responsabilità sia del parco e del deterioramento dell’attrezzatura. – via

Ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis. Leider gab es einen Vorfall, der die Freude an dem Moment deutlich gemildert hat. Ich bin ein erfahrener Go Pro User und habe die Go Pro mit einer festen Halterung unter meinem Helm installiert. Der Betreiber sagt nur auf seinen Sicherheitsanweisungen, das lose Kameras und Handy Sticks verboten sind. In letzter Minute wurde mir gesagt, dass die Firmenregel die Nutzung von GoPros untersagt. Um dem Moment nicht kaputt zu machen habe ich die Anweisung akzeptiert und für 50 Euro Kameras vor Ort gemietet. Als ich dann die Aufzeichnungen per Mail erhalten habe war ich sprachlos. Ich habe mich so auf die Videos gefreut und war von der Qualität mehr als enttäuscht. Mir wurden diese Billigvarianten der GoPro jedoch als Qualitative 4K Geräte verkauft. Das Erlebnis hat mir den ganzen Zauber genommen. Ich werde kein weiteres Angebot des Veranstalters buchen, auch wenn ich das eigentlich geplant hatte. Sehr schade. Reine Abzocke. – via
