Older man with beard was incredibly rude and unprofessional to my girlfriend. She came to get her sensor installed and he quickly shooed her away and wanted nothing to do with her. As soon as she offered money and was willing to pay for the service, his attitude completely changed and he was suddenly willing to help…… not cool. – via

They had the one hard to find item that I wanted. They worked hard to ship it to me all the way to Florida, virtually next day! Unfortunately, said item did not fit. These guys have great customer service, accepted my return, and processed my refund quickly, while providing options for alternatives. I was able to complete my entire open water certification with all rentals through the shop in two consecutive weekends! The entire staff is so kind, helpful and patient. Great place to get certified via their PADI Open Water Diver Course. Everyone we’ve worked with has been great from Sam, our instructor, and his assistants, Mark and Carrie, who were very knowledgeable and patient as we needed some extra attention, to Greg and Rowan at the shop. We did our preliminary classes at home/online and finished with our classroom tests and confined water (pool) training and tests. Next up is our open water dives to finish our certification. – via
