Love this dive shop…been diving with Jayne and Mickey since early 2000’s. They are simply the best dive shop in Providenciales and always have been. They are friendly and you meet mostly returning guests. But they are extremely professional and you feel that safety is top of mind. I tried many other dive shops when we started going to Turks and Caicos, but found the small, personalized service of Flamingo simply the best. Highly recommend. – via google

Jayne and Mickey are a great couple and dive operators. They take great detail in making sure you have a fabulous day of diving. They take care of every detail of your diving adventure and they are both excellent dive masters to show you all the beauty of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.

They only take six divers per trip which is a rare find when you are looking for a dive company. We love diving with a small dive operator. – via google

I had an outstanding experience on my dive with Jayne and Mickey. They run a professional dive operation with a comfortable and friendly touch. They know diving like no one else in Turks and Caicos especially since they have been doing it more than 20 years. The group was very small on the boat and was extremely personalized. Jayne and Mickey are simply the best! We dove with them 10 years ago and they set a high bar for dive operators. We came back to Provo just to dive with them and it did not disappoint!! They are kind, knowledgeable and provide everything needed for an excellent dive vacation! With a max of 6 divers on board, tips and tricks to get the most out of your dives, snacks in between dives and even tips on how to take better underwater photos! The best dive operation in Providenciales. Well worth the small premium for a virtually private diving experience. Friendly and professional dive masters who know all the dive sites, know the sharks by name and send you gorgeous photos of your dives. Cannot recommend Flamingo divers enough. My 15 year old son and I have been diving with Flamingo divers for years and will continue to do so. No contest! – via google

Don’t go to Lang’s!!! I rented ski boots and poles for me and two kids for ski trip to VT. We were measured by a friendly employee and told to pick up at later date. When we got to the mountain my kids could not get their boots to secure to the bindings. I realized Lang’s put the bindings for my 8 yr old on my 12 yr olds skis and the bindings for my 12 yr old on my 8 yr old skis. What incompetence and probably unsafe. They struggled to ski with the wrong skis so we had to end the day early. In addition, my 12 year old said his toes had to be curled up to fit in boots. My skis boots and bindings were fine so they got it right for 1 of the 3 rentals.
When I went to return, the owner was the one collecting returns. The first thing he said was you will be charged having mud on the boots. No hello or how was everything. He also said it in a very rude voice and was probably looking to make a few extra dollars. At that point, I told him how dissatisfied I was about their mistake and requested refund. He inspected equipment, stamped my receipt and told me to go elsewhere next time. – via google

Wanted to let everyone know we had the BEST EXPERIENCE with Flamingo Divers in Turks & Caicos!! They were fantastic! For my first open water dive in the ocean, Jayne (the owner) literally held my hand all the way down till I felt comfortable. Total dive group was 6!
