We went on a snorkeling and kayaking excursion for our cruise last week. Our tour guides were entertaining, funny, knowledgeable, and just overall awesome. The catamaran snorkel was a great time. Nice and easy ride, they also had some kayaks and paddleboards if you wanted to try those out. The ride from the Wild West Kayak was definitely adventurous. Lot’s of splashy waves but we didn’t mind as we were expecting to get wet from Kayaking. They even brought us to a shipwreck where they gave us bread to feed the fish around that area. They gave us the extra time to swim after Kayaking. The boats also have bathrooms on them. Overall, amazing experience, I would definitely book with them again. – via

The actual management of this company (not the booking agency) was terrible. Zero empathy or understanding, just out to make a quick buck with poor machines. We spent time talking to Robert and he continued to talk in circles instead of making things right. I wish we could say that they made everything right when our boat broke down but that is is NOT the case. Do not do a private boat rental with this – via
