The start of the experience had us really worried because the shuttle driver was almost 45 minutes late picking us up from the hotel. I had to call multiple times to find out where the driver was and each time they said it would be 3-5 minutes. No communication initiated on their end to let us know he was running behind.
Now onto the best part. The guides we had (Jorge and Matais) were fantastic and a lot of fun. They kept the high energy going the whole time! The Cenote was beautiful and refreshing. My husband did the zip line and cliff dive into the water (not me – too chicken!) and said it was really cool. Next we did the actual zip lining- a lot of fun! I’m a worrier but the staff helping with this activity were very knowledgeable and helpful which made for a great experience for us. Then onto the ATVs. Lots of fun. Not a lot of water/mud to go through but the experience was still great! Our group had some issues with a few of the ATVs and I got a bit of a burn from the heat of the engine but the overall adventure was worth it!
Tequila tasting. If you know, you know! The brand they had there was delicious! WOW!! If we were checking our luggage at the airport I would have bought a few bottles but sadly their too big for carry-on.
Tacos. OMG – by far the best pork tacos we’ve had on this trip. And the margaritas and guacamole were the perfect addition!
Because of the shuttle experience i can’t bring myself to give a 5 star review, but definitely consider this group for your next adventure and just be prepared for shuttle issues. – via

Told it was only 4 hours was done at 1300 but it is now almost 1430 and we still didn’t leave this is a disgrace be mindful of peoples time its a vacation people are here for a limited time they dont want to waste it standing waiting to be let out to get on the vans that has been sitting there since 1300 i do not recommend – via

Awesome experience. Andres our guide was funny and entertaining. I was indecisive based on the reviews but it was worth the money. I did the extreme package with CENOTE, ZIPLINE and ATV. With a small lunch included and other foods and drinks for purchase. If you are experienced with zipline adventures this may not be for you. It’s more for someone who doesn’t like extreme heights. – via
