When we arrived we were a bit unlucky with the weather, so no diving was possible in the first 2 days. Nothing can be done to change that however. As soon as the weather was better though, we were able to go diving.

Mirjam and the entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The guides, as well as the rest of the staff, did everything to ensure a great experience. When my BCD broke, the staff went out of their way and did everything possible to help me fix the issue.

Anytime I come back to Marsa Alam I will go diving with Extra Divers Fayrouz or Equionox again. Special thanks to the best dive guide on the Red Sea, Ahmed Shawky! Thank you so much for making me feel completely at home! – via google

The weather was really bad in the beginning. That was the only problem we had, that Mirjam and her team could not solve for us.
All the rest was perfect.
They helped with repairs, washed our equipment when we had no time because of massage appointments, fullfilled alll our diving wishes as possible and were so kind and polite.
The Best Divingcenter we know in egypt.
We will come back!!! This year enshallah!
And Ahmed is the best diveguide and most friendly person in the red sea .

Prices were insane, a lot of extra fees of the equipment and tried to scam with the fins.
Regarding the staff, did not felt welcome at all (apart for a few instructors) – specially the German owner – mostly all speck German and felt discriminated when from other counties.
There is no opportunity for you to choose the diving spot – every day there is a diving spot choosed by them and you need to do that or house reef. So no liberty to dive where you want – also they don’t have any Zodiac!

Amazing reef! House reef not worthy if the visibility is ok, then you can see the same in snorkeling – payed 280€ for 3 persons for the house reef (where you literally walk from the beach). – via google

I have enjoyed coming here for many years. The staff make me feel at home every time. i would like to give my special thanks to Ahmed Mahmoud and Shehata Ahmed for their service, commitment and kindness. They are there for you at any time of the day, even though they have to work very hard! Also the rooms, food, pool, beach, snorkeling etc. It’s value for money.
