Unfortunately, we are owed 300 BD for gift vouchers for sailing courses I purchased in Dec 2021. After many attempts to find out when the sailing course would take place and little communication given from their end, I was left with no choice but to request a refund.

It has been 3 months and I have chased and chased and chased weekly for a refund (which was apparently approved). They have stopped answering on WhatsApp, Instagram and any calls.

Still no refund. We even spoke to the owner who is now not answering. We will file a police report and go to the consumer protection department as we are left with no other choice.

I think the above story is self explanatory on whether or not to book anything with this company. – via

I chose to ignore the other negative reviews thinking that maybe it had been an isolated incident or people were exaggerating, but unfortunately the same thing happened to me. Their communication is unfortunately pretty terrible, and making any attempt to call their number for support leads to zero response. I wish there was some alternative for the pearl diving experience, but unfortunately this just seems to be the only thing available? In other reviews they mention, “oh there was a problem with the boat” or some other trouble, but the thing is that they DON’T COMMUNICATE that to the customer and so the customer is left in the dark about things. I have no idea why I haven’t been able to get a hold of them and they never responded to my e-mails or calls. If it’s overwhelming for them to address each individual client, they could at least set up a voicemail service or update their website with important information? But no, you get nothing from them. I’d advise against this company. – via

Poor booking system and communication. Multiple times have been promised responses by a deadline and have received nothing. shame these activities are central to Bahrain’s tourism advertisement, but pretty much impossible to book / do. – via

Do not give them your money. Paid for a 12 person boat tour to jarada island, all the way back in May, that they had to cancel on me. Asked for and was told I would receive a refund. Here I am waiting over 3 months for a refund they told me they would give me, middle of august. They had requested my bank information for transfer and everything, which I provided promptly. Anytime I message them for an update they ignore me. Complete scam. Terrible customer service. Do not risk it, give your money to another service that is honest and trustworthy. – via
