Thank you so much to the crew of Jazz II for giving us the most AMAZING day today. Nick was an experienced and fantastic skipper; Mike ran the back deck with competence and a good sense of humour; Heather was a wonderful photographer, and Jordan and Freya were the BEST whale shark guides/swimmers you could hope for! Julie and I loved everything about the day… the snorkelling sights, the briefings, the whale sharks, the scrumptious lunch and for me… the OCEANIC MANTA!!!
I hope to see you guys again out in the blue one day… CHAMPIONS!! – via

The complete journey was amazing. I did book a tour with the hope to swim with a whale shark in the shoulder season. We did. But I would have love to swim longer with him ;).
The crew is amazing, the equipment is very good, the food was very good and the whole time in and outside of the water I felt safe. The crew is passionate about it. They want to give you an awesome time and awesome water pictures to remember this journey. Thanks for everything, guys. – via

The price is too high for the tour, we paid full price to get the photos, the experience was amazing BUT WE ONLY RECEIVED 15 photos for an 9 hours tour and most of them were on the boat (only 2 in the water and NON ONE OF THEM WAS OF AND WITH THE WHALE SHARK), really disappointing. – via

The experience was not bad. Most of the staff were very accommodating and approachable. The captain was also very friendly. Just one of the staff members was very condescending which is not appropriate if you are offering services that are for entertainment for people on their holiday. Sarah and karyn were nice. The food was not exactly what we expected, underwhelming. The whales were nice but we weren’t exactly close. – via
