Loved the hospitality and enthusiasm of the staff and dive crew, especially their eye for details such as remembering our names, allocating labelled gear baskets for each of us and supporting us every step of our dive trip! The drinks and food were delicious and large portions, and the bed and pillow blanket was so comfortable. Special shout out to Vince and Elgin for looking out for me underwater all the time. Thank you Evo! – via

Not a single complaint. Everything was beyond our expectations, the restaurant offered delicious meals and the service was top notch. Severs were friendly and thoughtful. They ensured that every meal and ingredients were good with my gluten intolerance. I did my Open Water course with Orsi, as well as the Deep Adventure and Tresher Shark and we had such an amazing experience. The crew were knowledgable and the gear was clean and in good condition always. Orsi was a great teacher and took the time to share her local knowledge of Malapascua and other dives around the Philippines. Lastly the resort and rooms were very clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere here was chill, the location to my opinion had the best beach on the island and was a short walk to the main area with other restaurants and sunset bars, but far enough from the crowds that it was quiet if you wanted to relax at the resort undisturbed. All around great experience and I would highly recommend! Tresher Shark dive is a MUST if you’re in the Philippines!!!! – via

Having an awesome time learning diving skills here at Evolution. Gino in particular is a brilliant instructor, and the manager has a lot of positive energy! Learn here, you won’t regret it. The Craic bar next to Evolution is great too, try the Gingerinha cocktail at happy hour… restore your lost nutrients and minerals. The food is brilliant too- club and hangover sandwich and tuna burger are outstanding. Well done Evolution and thanks to the random German couple we met on another philippine Island for the hint about these guys. – via

Evolution Dive Resort was recommended by my dive centre manager and several divers I have had in the past. I came to Malapascua mainly for the sharks so I only did 2 morning dive in Kimud Shoal with them. Before I arrived they kept in contact with me through email and WhatsApp with a speedy reply tho we got lost in translation they are also flexible to my changes coz I was stuck in Maya.
Their pricing is a bit higher in the area but it definitely worths the value. The staffs moved all my equipments and get it sorted before everyone gets on the boat. Very smooth and well organised! The dive masters are professional as well! Did a very clear dive briefing before heading to the bit with a beautifully drew map. One thing I loved the most about them is that they included the conservation elements in the briefing. It’s always heartbreaking to see divers kneeling down on corals or touching stuffs while taking videos and being lazy to sort they neutral buoyancy right. Was soooo happy to finally see a dive master not touching anything throughout the whole dive while still being able to showing me nudi branches They also did a boat briefing after we got on the banca which is a really nice boat with a coffee corner and place to sleep and hide from the cold
Generally loved the experience so much and it’s my best diving experience out of work so far ❤️ thanks guys – via

I was just diving with Evolution. They did a good job. But that is it.
We went out very early in the morning to see the thresher sharks. It was amazing. But we couldnt get rid of the feeling that the staff would rather be without us. They didnt really engage with us. But we felt safe all the time and the service was good. – via
