We went last year for the first time. Sam and Managing director are awesome and GOs are so friendly and ask how you and ur kid is doing. Can not forget and will come back again this year. Best clubmed in southeast Asia – via

Overall experience was great, Chiko Titi Sheeba and the Chinese PR (Malaysian GOs) was fabulous throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and amazing, kudos to the housekeeping team. We were there for the sports so here are some feedbacks.
Archery GO was friendly but safety wasn’t briefed well. Pleasantly surprised that everybody needed to do swimming test before snorkeling trip. Tennis lesson was considerably satisfactory, GO struggled with his english but appreciate that he tried). Party was early to end but my biggest letdown was the sailing team (team led by Alex). As a sailor myself, I am familiar with the weather and ocean conditions to sail. The sail team came up with excuses to not have to setup the sails in fear of “requests from other guests” under mild but sailable conditions. No personalized touch from the team. When the weather condition is favorable with all the boats out for sail, we requested for the bigger sail (Hobbie 15) but was again told another story that both sails are under maintenance. Basically the first two days, could not sail Hobbie 15 due to mild wind, and the 3rd time due to maintenance. Seems like the team comes up with never ending excuses as to not let you have a little bit of adventure. Not the same club med experience as 3 years ago. – via

We were supposed to visit in 2020 but due to Covid it was postponed until 2022. We have to top up about $400 extra more due to the changes. The food were not as fresh but lots of varieties. The staff are all very friendly and approachable… When we were there, it was raining season and each time lightning strikes, the power in our room will go off… alot of activities in the club but they need to do a bit of upgrade to attract more people in.. overall still a good experience. – via

We had never stayed at a club med before. PRO: We would go back. Great staff, great facilities, food was absolutely amazing!!
CON: rooms are not amazing (but you are never in them – there is to much to do and see or relax)
The cocktails changed every time depending on who made it.
I think with some minor cosmetics updates this place would be amazing.
Overall our family 2 x kids 5 & 7 loved it and would go back. – via

Room service after office is ‘non-existence’.
Requested for extra towel, toilet roll (diarrhea!) on separate day, both never delivered!! – via
