After not Scuba Diving for 4 years through illness and a pandemic.
I was feeling a total newbie again to diving , also reluctant and nervous to the point of shall I maybe sell all my gear after 47 dives and gained my Advanced open water cert 4 years ago .
But the opportunity arose recently with a holiday booked for Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt.
I contacted Emperor Divers in Sharm el Sheikh via email and everything was planned well ahead of time with great communication for my needs which was a Scuba Review and a fun dive and a day booked for two dives on a boat.
I couldn’t of been more wrong I was greeted by Alex who immediately made me feel very welcome and introduced me to everyone and showed me Around the centre.
He took me through my scuba review which was done extremely professional on all levels .
My fears were understood by Alex one example was I didn’t know if I could manage a tank on my back he suggested a lighter one .
Every step of the way I couldn’t of had a better guide , we went out for boat diving another day and once again my little things that had been making me nervous about diving again were eradicated and proud I managed two dives from a boat with Alex . although I did have ear issues which were dealt with on a professional level and following all issues relating to your health and wellbeing.
After going from not diving again I am planning to return to Emperor Divers later in the year and this wouldn’t of been possible without the excellent professional care and guidance from Emperor Divers. – via
