I booked a submarine with them and they didn’t tell me that submarine is one hour driving from the hotel by very slow bus with many stops to collect other people from different hotels. I’d rather go by my own car or even cancel the trip if I know how long it’s to get to the submarine instead of having nice valuable time in the hotel.
The submarine itself is OK. Overall it would be nice experience without this waste of time in transportation – via

Wir waren im September 2023 bereits das zweite mal bei der Crew von Egypt International im Citadel Resort.
Und um es kurz zu machen: Wir kommen wieder.
Das Team um Tabea macht einen super Job.
Ob es die Jungs sind, die sich um die Ausrüstung kümmern, die Teams auf den Booten oder die Guides / Tauchlehrer. Alle sind hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Unterwasser ist man in den besten Händen.

رحلة جميلة جدا المكان رائعة و الفيو فيه خلاب اوضتي كانت 3015 و كان الفيو فيها حلو جدا قريبة اوي م الجيم و كان حلو و فيه معظم الحاجات المطلوبة و بجودة كويسة و قريبة من الاتنين pools
العيب الوحيد بالنسبالي كان انه كله اجانب و مكنش عندهم حدود ف اللبس بطبيعة ثقافتهم يعني بس الامر كان مبالغ فيه شوية و بيناموا تحت الشمس ف أي حتة
الفندق نضيف جدا الخدمات فيه فوق الممتاز و الناس كانوا friendly جدا و الاكل حلو و مية البيسين دافية – via

Everything was amazing. The staff is very friendly, great choices for food with 4 “à la carte” restaurants, animation all day long for kids but also for adults. The room, the pool and all areas are very clean.

The worst diving centere in Dubai. I paid for an advanced open water course and received one dive. I kept calling the shop which is the Dive instructors phone and didnt get an answer or got the run around. They (he) stole my money. The shop was un organized also. When I met them for the initial dive I was supposed to meet them at a set time and they showed up around 30 minutes late. Also compared to all of the other dive shops out there in Dubai they are lacking. I would rate them no stars but I have to rate them at least one for this to post. – via
