What a great travel agency!
Gabby was very helpful in organizing our tours and answered every single question we had. Johnny was a wonderful driver and guide. We were able to see everything on our itinerary plus he made a few extra stops more to let us take additional photos.
We would highly recommend them.

We were so happy that we accepted your lodge recommendation that we also booked a 5 day boat tour of the Galapagos at a last minute price. Payment with Visa card or cash. Wir haben das Büro zufällig gefunden bei einem Spaziergang durch die Altstadt. Sie hat uns lange und detailliert beraten zu einer Dschungel Tour nach Cuyabeno 4 Tage und 3 Nächte für einen wirklich guten Preis im Vergleich zu anderen Agenturen. Wir waren so glücklich das wir ihrer lodge Empfehlung angenommen haben das wir auch gleich eine 5 Tage Boots Rundfahrt auf galapagos gebucht haben und das zu einem Last Minute Preis. Bezahlung mit Visa Karte oder Bar. Selbst die Beratung nach der Buchung war immer sehr gut. Sie ist bemüht uns zu helfen und hat das auch sehr gut gemacht. Alles in allem: super guter Service davor und danach. Danke Gaby, wir können dich wirklich nur empfehlen. – via

The Ecuador Family Tours is an extraordenary travel agency with an extraordenary woman behind! We really appreciate her allround service for finding the best last minute galapagos cruise. Our Spanish is not very well, but it was no problem at all to switch to English. She showed us all available boats with all avaialble itineraries and tried to make the best deals with the organzations individually for us. Even when we were already on our way to Galapagos she cared about us and kept contact during the whole trip. We felt very comfortable knowing she is in the background in case something unintended would happen. I would always reccommend her service – not only for Galapagos but for all Ecuador tours she is offering.

I highly recommend Ecuador Family tours for travel. Gabbi and her husband Johnnie made every effort to make our trip an unforgettable experience. We signed up for “Crossing the Andes” and were able to add additional experiences including a visit to Cuenca and the beautiful Cajas National Park. Gabbi and Johnie speak English well and we enjoyed conversing about Ecuadorian customs, culture, and family which made our travels together so interesting and informative. We needed co-vid testing information; they provided it. We needed hotel and activity suggestions; they had plenty. It was such a relief to have “experts” ready to help us before departure and throughout our stay. WhatsApp is their preferred communication method and Gabbi responds quickly. They are reasonably priced and provide luxury hotel stays at discounted costs, too. – via
