Did a snorkeling trip and even the staff was professional and friendly, the snorkeling/dive sites are not very impressive. The coral is all bleached, there is still some sea life with many different types of fish and even a sea turtle, there are a lot of other places around the world that offer more sea life, and variety of color. There are a decent number of waves during the dive sit which meant bobbing up and down which did make me a little nauseous. – via google

Today we went on the boat tour and it was fantastic . The staff we’re friendly , very knowledgeable , and helpful . We learned about the area . Saw many bird species, and learned about Rattle Snake Island . We didn’t see the dolphins, they must have been elsewhere. It’s a huge ocean . Lol. But it was a great time . Thank you so much . We booked a 2pm dolphin tour on 8/13/22. Our Captain was Tom & our tour guide was also a different wonderful gentleman named Tom. Both Tom’s were truly outstanding for the entire trip. I would recommend booking & doing all waivers online ahead of time to save time doing paperwork while checking in. Parking is easy & free for boat guests, it’s a close walk to the dock with clean bathrooms to use before boarding. Captain Tom manned the wheel & was super accommodating to the children on board & even offered / allowed each young child to steer the boat / watch the waterways with binoculars from the helm. Tour guide (younger / curly haired Tom) was SUPER knowledgeable about the history of the area, trends, tides & especially all the species of birds, mammals etc that we saw on our 90 minute boat tour. He also had a handful of corny / dad jokes that had everyone laughing & entertained for the entirety of the trip. The boat itself was no frills, but perfectly fine and we greatly appreciated the overhead coverage to protect us from the sun / heat. Bring food / drinks / cold water because we all know how hot it can get in FL! We saw several dolphins & many ocean loving birds on our tour. Loved that they made it a point to slow down & scoop up ocean litter with a net along our boat tour. We stopped for 10 minutes on the way back to the dock where everyone was given the option to de-board at a cute little sand barge / beach area. There Tom caught a few crabs & made it a point to share his knowledge with the guests about the species he caught. Encouraged guests to sea h for shells / sand dollars. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable & made the trip so much fun for all ages. They respect the ocean, the guests & are truly there to make sure everyone has a good, safe time. Make sure to bring some cash to tip these well deserving men for their hard work. Will definitely recommend & return in the future!! Well worth the $31/ person for the adventure. – via google

Inzwischen lokal geführte Tauchbasis. Es werden ausschließlich Bootstauchgänge angeboten: 08:00, 10:00 und 14:00 Uhr. Teilweise fahren gleichzeitig Schnorchler mit.

Ausbildungen werden über PADI angeboten. Nitrox ist vorhanden. Keine Apnoe Kurse / Tauchgänge. Keine Bootsafari. – via google

We have been for a week in Sillhouette island and I did 4 scuba diving through the ECO center. These were magnificent dives. The ECO center guides were fantastic (Julian and Maria). They were extremely professional and also did their best with my 2 kids (for them it was the first dive ever). Julian in particular knows all the best places for diving and showed us different hidden caves and places with special sea habitats.
Their equipment was full and in great condition.
We will definitely come back again in the near future. – via google

Wir waren eine Woche auf der Insel Silhouette und haben dabei einige Tauchgänge mit der Tauchbasis EcoCenter gemacht. Die Tauchbasis ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Super freundliche Angestellte und Tauchinstuktoren, die Schiffscrew war immer sehr motiviert und hilfbereit und die Spots wurden anhand der bereits ausgeführten Tauchspots geplant, so dass man kaum einen Spot mehrfach machte.

Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder, denn auf dieser Insel stimmt das volle „rundum sorglos Paket“. ???? – via google

Wir waren 2017 schon einmal auf den Seychellen, und haben es bereut, dass wir keinen Tauchschein hatten. Somit haben wir entschieden, bevor wir dort wieder hin fliegen, müssen wir den haben. Somit machten wir den und haben Daniela durch unsere Tauchbasis in Deutschland kennengelernt und konnten schon ein paar Eindrücke über das Tauchen auf den Seychellen gewinnen. Nun war es endlich so weit, und wir hatten gestern und heute unsere Tauchgänge auf Silhouette. Ein sehr professionelles Team, was sehr lieb ist und auch Spaß bei der Arbeit hat! Es wird alles vorbereitet, sprich vom Zusammenbau des Equipments bis zum auswaschen der Ausrüstung ist alles dabei! Die Tauchgebiete sind nicht tief, die tiefste Stelle war bei meinem Tauchgang 18 Meter. Aber dafür sehr viele Fische,die eine oder andere Schildkröte, Hai oder Rochen schauen auch vorbei. Fazit: meine Frau und ich werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!! – via google

Not a super professional operation, starting with the girl running the Pod on the resort grounds. We were more optimistic when we made the trip to the actual center to register, but the day of the dive had no prep, information, or sense of order. The staff on the boat and dives were very immature, both in age and professionalism… just get us out, down, up, and back with no real sense that they cared about making sure we were happy with the experience. – via google
