My experience with Eclipse Scuba Diving in Boracay, where I obtained my PADI Advanced Open Water certification under the guidance of Mike, was nothing short of amazing. Mike, an experienced instructor since 1996-‘97 (if I remember well), was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly passionate about diving, which made learning from him a pleasure.

One of the highlights of the course was the Deep Dive, where we explored the tribord airplane and another day discovered a wreck ship. These dives were not only thrilling but also allowed me to improve my skills and gain confidence underwater. Mike’s expertise and guidance were instrumental in making these dives both safe and unforgettable.

Another exciting aspect of the course was fish detection, where we learned to identify different species of fish and understand their behavior.
I could see also a Turtle passing just near This added a new dimension to my diving experience, making me appreciate the marine life even more.

Overall, my time with Eclipse Scuba Diving in Boracay was incredible. The combination of excellent instruction, thrilling dives, and stunning underwater scenery made it an experience I will cherish forever. I highly recommend Eclipse Scuba Diving and Mike as an instructor for anyone looking to advance their diving skills in a beautiful and safe environment. – via google

Our experience was wonderful! We got Open Diver Course with my husband, and Mike was our constructor. He was absolutely professional in his work. His communication skills and patience was really good while teaching us. He taught us all the basics of how to be a great diver, and we realized that on the e-learning process we had already learned the things on the books from his skill lessons. I joined Eclipse Dive Centre in Boracay for my PADI Open Water coarse. They are located on a tranquil part of White Beach in the southern end. My instructor, Andre, put in exceptional effort to cater for my personal needs and had a lot of one to one time with him explaining and demonstrating concepts until he was sure that I’ve mastered them. This dive centre is all about quality as opposed to some of their competitors on the island who go for quantity. Thanks to Mike and the team for an unforgettable experience. Excellent dive center !! Customer experience oriented, we enjoyed diving with eclipse very much. We had a private guide Andrew, who was really really good, he did detailed briefing before each dive, took time to ask questions about our diving style and if we had any fears, he was very funny and we spent a great time together. Equipment was great, owner Mike is very friendly, they have a nice boat. Very few people on the boat, it makes a great difference when other dive centers on boracay embark 15 or 20 divers (no joke). I did my first diving certificate, PADI Open water, with Boracay Eclipse Dive Center, and I could not have been happier! I looked through Google reviews before signing up, and true to the reviews I found, Eclipse Divers is a serious diving school, that teaches you the ropes with complete safety in mind. My instructor Mike paid really close attention to me and my learning, to make sure I was comfortable, to reach the course goals in a manner and tempo I was comfortable with, and continued to look after me and suggest dive sites and dive times once I had achieved the certificate. I really felt taken care of and looked after! I also really enjoyed the food and mango shakes at Tita Magz, it’s the ultimate post-dive hang out!
