I stopped in to get my suunto vyper computer battery changed out. Very last minute, called around and they are one of the only dive shops in the area open at 9am. The employee was very friendly and changed my battery in 10 minutes while I waited. Thats the best customer service I’ve had at a dive shop off island. I will be returning here for my next dive gear investments. I owe you guys, thanks so much for saving my dive trip! – via google

I did get the BCD double checked because I am paranoid before a big trip and thank goodness for that because I was disappointed to realize that the low-pressure line to BCD was actually a spare regulator and thus needed extra maintenance and components. Had I taken it straight to vacation, I would not have been able to use it with a standard rental octopus, I did pay to have that changed to a standard intake valve, and I should have noticed that information in the specs, but never thought to check. I hope that all goes well in the next weeks on vacation. – via google

Great experience with Eastern Watersports. I have an old, but reliable, Mares Diamante BCD. One of the first to use the integrated weights. Well, I have had it for over 20 years, and it’s been great, until my last dive when one of the weight pockets found a new home at the bottom of the Atlantic.

I looked everywhere for a replacement, not having high hope as the vest is 20 years out of production. I stumbled upon Eastern Watersports and, sure enough, they had some in stock, and for about 1/10 of what I would have paid to replace them.

Easy ordering and fast turnaround. My BCD is back in business them to them!! – via google
