Jag var tvungen att boka av pga att jag inte mådde bra. Tyvärr ger Dyk-Leif ingen återbetalning vid sådana situationer. Det hade varit bättre om deras villkor erbjöd lite pengar tillbaka, eller rabatt vid framtida dyk. Man kan ju faktiskt inte alltid styra över hur man mår, och det är viktigt för säkerheten.

Every morning at 9 a.m., two larger diving ships go to the archipelago off Hamburgsund, often to the islands/rocks around Väderöarna, a good hour’s drive through the most beautiful landscape. A surprising amount of life under water. Lobster actually every time, giant crabs anyway, once a curious seal. We found the underwater landscape with the kelp forests to be really beautiful. Of course it mostly looks similar, but every dive was really nice and special in its own way. Diving without a guide after a short briefing in Swedish and English.
Lunch was between dives. Always on some small island. On Väderoarna we could also combine this with a short hike, because the breaks always last two to two and a half hours. There is warm Thai food for everyone, vegetarians are served extra.
Speaking of food: there is a breakfast buffet in the morning and warm food in the evening.
Mainly Swedes dive at the base and we heard from many that this is the best base in Sweden. We couldn’t judge it, but we think so.

Wir waren im Rahmen einer Schweden-/Norwegenreise für eine knappe Woche bei Viktoria und Anders und waren sehr positiv überrascht. Ein tolles Komplettpaket aus Tauchen, Essen und Wohnen mit Whirlpool und Sauna.
Mit zwei größeren Tauchschiffen geht‘s jeden Morgen um 9 Uhr in die Schärenwelt vor Hamburgsund, häufig zu den Inseln/Felsen rund um Väderöarna, eine gute Stunde Fahrt durch schönste Landschaft. Unter Wasser überraschend viel Leben. Hummer eigentlich jedes Mal, Riesenkrebse sowieso, einmal auch ein neugieriger Seehund. Die Unterwasserlandschaft mit den Kelpwäldern empfanden wir als wirklich sehr schön. Natürlich sieht’s meist irgendwie ähnlich aus, aber jeder Tauchgang war auf seine Art wirklich schön und besonders. Getaucht wird ohne Guide nach einem kurzen Briefing auf Schwedisch und Englisch.
Zwischen den Tauchgängen ging’s zum Mittagessen. Immer auf irgendeine kleine Insel. Auf Väderoarna konnten wir das auch gut mit einer kleinen Wanderung verbinden, weil die Pausen immer so zwei bis zweieinhalb Stunden dauern. Für jeden gibt’s warmes Essen in Richtung Thaifood, Vegetarier werden extra bedient.
Apropos Essen: Morgens gibt’s ein Frühstücksbüffet, abends nochmal warmes Essen.
Hauptsächlich tauchen Schweden auf der Basis und vom vielen hörten wir, dies sei die beste Basis in Schweden. Beurteilen konnten wir es nicht, glauben aber schon. – via
