Cool, but expensive entry no difference if diving or not (can’t bring bystanders unless your willing to pay full price). Camping is charged per person, again no difference diving or not. Visibility was poor maybe 6feet out, water was freezing, thank god my instructor with the dive shop I was with lent me a hood and gloves or there would’ve been no way I could’ve taken the plunge. Although it’d still be a huge shame if they filled in the quarry now with concrete to make warehouses, and take away an attraction for the city/state – via

Dutch Springs is a lot of fun, but a bit pricey. The water is incredibly clear and apparently very deep. It was crowded on the Sunday we were there, but I imagine it’s better during the week. The park provides life vests, but we brought our own and we’re glad we did because they ran low and there was a huge line to get them. The kids enjoyed the inflatables, though the bigger ones are difficult for children under 9 or 10. They loved the ropes course, rock wall and zip line. The food stand was too long so we left and got lunch elsewhere and brought it back to the park. Overall, it was a nice day but I would definitely go on a weekday in the future ( if they are open next year). – via
