Nous avons réalisé notre niveau 2 PADI avec Dune Playa del Carmen et Cozumel et avons été ravis de toutes nos plongées ! Le point fort c’est l’extrême qualité des formateurs et formatrices, tous très pros, très organisés et aux petits soins pour que tout se passe bien et toujours en toute sécurité. Le matériel est de qualité, les sites de plongée sont superbes, que ce soit à Playa ou à Cozumel et le Cénote Dos Ojos était une expérience extraordinaire qu’on recommande à tous. – via google

Je voudrais revenir sur l’évènement qui est arrivée à une autre plongeuse, dont vous êtes très certainement au courant : titulaire du niveau 1 depuis seulement quelques mois, elle a été amenée à 28 m par sa guide alors que les paramètres annoncés étaient de 14 m. A 28 m elle a fait une narcose qu’elle n’a pas su identifier ni signaler. Elle a passé une demi-heure sous l’eau avec une sensation de danger imminent pour sa vie dans l’indifférence de la guide. A son retour de plongée à la villa Quetzal, elle était extrêmement choquée, en larmes, se sentant responsable de ce qu’il s’était passé. Tous les représentants de Dune l’ont confortée dans sa culpabilité sans jamais reconnaitre l’erreur/la faute de la guide, qui, en l’emmenant à 28 m, l’a mise en danger et en difficulté, au mépris de la réglementation.
Il aura fallu de longues discussions pour la réconforter et commencer à la déculpabiliser.

J’espère que vous prendrez conscience de la gravité de cet évènement.
A aucun moment, des excuses ne lui ont été présentées, l’erreur/faute de la guide n’a jamais été reconnue, et cet évènement reste difficile à vivre pour elle.
En vous faisant part de ceci, j’espère que ce type de manquement ne se reproduira pas.
Pour ma part, je ne recommande pas Dune aux plongeurs. – via google

We are 3 time returning customers to Dune Mexico.
This trip our 16y old and 18y old sons got their Advanced Open Water certifications. We dove 3 days in a row and had an absolutely perfect experience all 3 days. The office staff kept us organized and the dive staff kept us safe and engaged.
We won’t dive with any other shop while in Playa del Carmen because I dont think you can find any better! ???? – via google

I’ve been to dive shops across the world and this is by far the most professional and amazing shop around.
We dived 8 times in 4 days and it was always wonderful.
I recommend the Santa Rosa wall dive as well as any reef along Cozumel.
We had a different dive master each day and every time we felt safe with their ability to lead us in open waters.
Also, the cenote dives we did were initially out of our comfort zone seeing as they were caverns but once out DM went over safety procedures and protocols we felt safe and we enjoyed every bit of it. The fresh water as clear as glass with the light coming though was so beautiful.

When I’m Mexico I will ONLY dive Mexico Blue Dream. – via google
