Mijn moeder en ik hebben een refreshing duik gedaan bij Dive Wederfoort. We vonden het een beetje spannend omdat we na het behalen van onze PADI al een aantal jaren niet hadden gedoken. Alle belangrijke informatie was dus best wel weggezakt. De instructeur heeft voor ons goed te tijd genomen om alles nogmaals duidelijk uit te leggen en eenmaal in het water waren we snel gewend! We weten weer hoe mooi het is onder water. En alle instructeurs waren super vriendelijk en gezellig. En dat allemaal voor een goede prijs. Echt een aanrader dus! – via google

Received advice without asking about the upcoming dives and all with the best intentions to make it as pleasant and safe as possible for us at every dive site we wanted to visit. Of course also obtained the necessary information yourself. Also asked at the end of the holiday a few days before departure whether the bill could be drawn up and that it could be sent via WhatsApp went according to agreement. We had to look at the price, but we had already been told that Dive Wederfoort is the cheapest on the island. So if you are going to Curacao and are planning to go diving, Wederfoort is the place to rent. And next year we will of course just come back here !!!

Na meerder malen op Jan Thiel duikspullen gehuurd te hebben, dit jaar eens op Blue Bay vakantie gehad. Dive Wederfoort benaderd voor lucht en lood en absoluut geen spijt van gehad. Zonder 100.000 formulieren in te hoeven vullen, alleen je duik certificaat te laten zien. Na een gezellig praatje gehad te hebben vertrokken met flessen, lood en een bak voor de natte duikspullen te vervoeren weer opweg gegaan. Na de eerste duikdag terug om flessen te wisselen. Bij aankomst weer heel gastvrij en gezellig ontvangen met de interesse waar we gedoken hadden en waar we gaan duiken. Zonder te vragen advies gekregen over de aankomende duiken en dat alles met de beste bedoelingen om het ons zo prettig en veilig mogelijk te maken op elke duikstek die we aan wilden gaan doen. Uiteraard ook zelf de nodige info verkregen. Ook aan het einde van de vakantie een paar dagen voor vertrek gevraagd of de rekening opgemaakt kon worden en dat die via WhatsApp verstuurd mocht worden ging volgens afspraak. Stonden wel even te kijken van de prijs, maar er was ons al verteld dat Dive Wederfoort de goedkoopste van het eiland is. Dus ga je naar Curacao en ben je van plan om te gaan duiken, Wederfoort is the place te rent. En volgend jaar komen we natuurlijk weer gewoon terug hier !!! – via google

I first started my diving education with another dive centre, which subsequently went out of business, and I accepted what they told me as gospel, fortunately I survived my diving experience to tell this tale. It was only after the dive centre went out of business and I continued my diving education with New Horizons Dive Centre that I realised there was a world of difference in the safety standards employed by the two centres, New Horizons definitely operate at a gold standard level when it comes to safety.
