The incompetence and disregard for customer service exhibited by this establishment were utterly disappointing. First and foremost, the lack of responsiveness from the resort’s management team is appalling. Despite reaching out via email with legitimate queries regarding my upcoming stay, I received no acknowledgment, let alone a response, despite multiple reminders. Instead of addressing the concerns of paying customers, it seems the priority lies in bombarding guests with promotional emails, an utterly tone-deaf approach to hospitality. Furthermore, the lack of assistance with arranging transportation from the airport to the resort was utterly unacceptable. Despite providing ample notice of our arrival, there was no effort made by them to facilitate our transfer. This negligence left us stranded at the airport, in a foreign country, grappling with the uncertainty of finding transportation to our accommodation. The indifferent and reluctant behavior exhibited by the staff only compounded our frustration, offering no assistance whatsoever and leaving us to fend for ourselves in an unfamiliar and potentially unsafe situation. In a situation where hospitality and customer service should be paramount, LUX* Grand Gaube failed miserably.
