There were some problems with the PADI site itself, namely with sending the results of the final test of the online eLearning course, but they sorted everything out without too much fuss and after the final dive I emailed. I immediately received my temporary certificate in the mail. Thanks to the instructor Sergey, a professional in his field. He shared his experience, tips, technical details, showed a couple of possible equipment problems and ways to fix them, not described in the OWD course. Also thanks to him for the photo and video.

Брал обучение на Open Water Diver в данной организации. Все прошло отлично, адекватные ребята. Возникли некоторые проблемы с самим сайтом PADI, а именно с отправкой результатов заключительного теста онлайн курса eLearning, но разрулили все без лишней суеты и после заключительного дайва мне на эл. почту сразу же пришел мой временный сертификат. Спасибо инструктору Сергею, профессионал своего дела. Делился опытом, советами, техническими тонкостями, показал пару возможных неполадок снаряжения и способы их устранения, не описанных в курсе OWD. Так же спасибо ему за фото и видео. – via
