Do NOT get your regulator serviced here. I brought my apex reg back in March to get serviced and also requested a new dust cap and was told it would take 2 weeks. After not hearing anything from them in 4 weeks and calling the shop a few times I finally got my reg back after 2 months. They charged me 250$ and didn’t change both of my filters and I still had a ripped up dust cap. After having it looked over by another technician, I honestly don’t think they even touched my regulator. – via

I had my Regulater seviced, and when I rused it in Raja-Ampat the first stage leaked strongly. After my report with movie to Matthew & Paul I was told to re-tighten the body-end Ring. It helped a bit, but was still leaking. Finally after hard search timeloss I had to exchange the membrane of the first stage by myself in Indonesia. This part was not changed in the service! – via

Instead of telling me they were not qualified to service my regulator (despite telling me they were), they shipped it to a random shop in Brisbane and lost track of it. Called them twice and they falsely stated they had the reg and were just waiting for parts. Regulator was returned to me 3 MONTHS LATER and never even serviced. – via

Nous avons fait un baptême en piscine extérieur avant un baptême en Corse afin d’être sur que la plongée nous plait.
Guillaume et Charly nous ont formidablement accueilli, ils ont été rassurant avec une touche d’humour.
Ils ont prit le temps de nous expliquer, de nous accompagner, nous nous sommes constamment senti en sécurité, ils n’ont jamais forcé pour certains exercices, du style vider le masque sous l’eau, nous laissant le temps de nous acclimater.
Ce fut une expérience enrichissante, et nous nous sentons prêt à découvrir les fonds marins. Merci pour votre gentillesse, votre professionnalisme et merci aussi pour les belles photos. – via
