I want to thank Divers Destination / Greg for the excellent Cajun Invasion dive trip to Cozumel Oct 14-21, 2023. Trip planning and coordination was an unparalleled A+++ as Greg worked with me to accommodate my last minute booking due to post surgical concerns. I am most grateful and appreciative of his above and beyond effort to include me as I was able to meet and form a number of exciting new friendships along the way. Who can have too many dive buddies, really? It was such great fun that I will plan to participate in this dive trip annually going forward. As a note, we did have an unforeseen port closure day and kudos go out to Greg for his quick coordination of a super fun and exciting day touring the island in a jeep caravan that turned out to be equally as enjoyable as diving. I am looking forward to many future dive trips with this fun group of divers! ?? – via

1st time diving with Diver’s Destination…My son and I went on the Roatan trip in July and these people were great! Not only the owners but everyone we dived with were really helpful, nice, and just made the trip very enjoyable and relaxing for both me and my son. – via

My company paid Divers Destination for a diving trip to Florida with hotel included. I was assured twice that the hotel was paid and they even sent me the location and the itinerary to check in on a Friday. After a seven hour drive I arrived to find that the room wasn’t reserved or paid. My out of pocket expenses for hotel were $562.74. After various attempts to contact the owner this past month for reimbursement, he always makes himself unavailable. My calls are ignored. They have never contacted me once although I have asked numerous times for them to pay what they owe me. This has went on for almost a month. I have never before written a bad review but I feel I’m left with no other option. This company has refused to make things right. Be wary when dealing with them. I feel like I have been scammed. – via

I cant say enough great things about this place! My husband took the open water class and I took the refersher class. The instructor was spectacular and his assitant was awesome too! Class was so much fun! Great for those new to scuba and ones who want to brush up on skills. Soo much fun diving and talking with the instructors! The staff was incredibly knowlegeable and they did not have a BCD that fit me so one of the staff, Will, let me borrow his. That was above and beyond his job. I liked his rig so much and talked it up to my husband that we both bought new BCDs. Will and the instructors stayed after hours to get us rigged up amd comfortable with the new gear. Literally best experience ever! They are amazing!!! – via

These guys were very helpful and did not hesitate to help with any of my questions. They ordered in a fitting to keep on hand so that my tank could be filled at their location. They also fill paintball tanks. Their customer service in my experience was above and beyond from what I expected. Thanks guys. – via
