Always a lovely experience. The staff are so kind and helpful- I’ve been coming for almost two years now. I completed my OW PADI with Dive West and used them for rental gear many times until finally purchasing my own equipment (also from them). I recently needed to have my BCD and regulators serviced and Jeanette was kind enough to rush the order because I’m moving next week! I’m sad I won’t be in Dallas anymore because this is my favorite dive shop! – via google

This place is AMAZING! Sadly, we didn’t get the chance to do actual buisness with this company, but their staff is amazing. This company will go above and beyond to try to work with you and get you whatever you need, whenever you need it by.
Maddison helped us with the stressful event of trying to get my partner certified and having an AWFUL experience with another dive shop in Plano. She got us all the prices, worked out the dates and called me back with all the info – all within an hour. Absolutely astounding. I will be referring people to this shop for now on! – via google
