Been diving at Dive Wananavu for four separate trips since 2009. The dive shop and crews are wonderful. They have over 30 locations to dive on and the longest run was 40-45 minutes. Offer Intro Dives, Scuba, Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue and Adventure Dives. Nitrox course, Night Dives (4 min) and tanks. Full equipment rental if desired. Excellent facility, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Other activities offered on site. – via

Just finished a week diving with Trevor WIse and all the crew at Dive Wananavu and had an excellent experience
The guides were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The boat tenders likewise and offered plenty of water, conversation and refreshments. Dive depths and times were recorded and a “log” was presented at the end of the week with the sites visited as well as a map of dive sites on the reverse (FIRST TIME I’ve ever seen this done).
We arrived with 23 divers which put a bit of stress on the staff and boats but Sanga Na Lenga – accommodations were found for all – we rotated through Nami (the “big” boat) and Nami Lai Lai (smaller boat).
We were able to do 3 tank dives including E-6 (usually done only by live aboard’s). On those days we had terrific lunches (preselected by us from a menu) prepared by Wananavu Beach Resort Staff.
The resort was wonderful too. If you’d like to experience shore based diving and some Fijian hospitably this is place should be near the top of your list. – via
