Had great service from the gentleman working today’s shift (16th of Nov – 4pm) he helped out my partner with all his needs the moment we walked into the store, greeted us warmly. Can’t say the same for his co-worker who could’ve even hold a genuine smile, and seemed very cold and unwelcoming. She needs to improve her customer service skills. – via google

Oh man, was not expecting to get the service that I did when walking into this shop. Shannon was awesome, friendly from the start. I was interested in the Zac Noyle rvca camera bag. She instantly said, yes we have it. Without me asking she started to show me all the compartments and various features of the bag. After this demonstration I was sold. However I saw the bag cheaper online. Shannon didn’t just match the price but she beat it. Seriously this shopping experience made my month. This is how the retail experience should always be. Thanks Shannon, you’re a legend. – via google
