Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe. Unprofessionellste Tauchschule aller Zeiten. Wir sind morgens gegen halb 11 in die Tauchschule gegangen und wollten uns für den nächsten Tag zum tauchen anmelden. Am Schalter saß eine Dame die uns überhaupt keine Auskunft zu den Tauchspots geben konnte und auch sonst sehr abweisend war. Sie sagte erst ab 15 Uhr ist bekannt, welche Spots am nächsten Tag angefahren werden und wir sollen uns dann per WhatsApp wieder melden. Also sind wir ohne Anmeldung oder mehr Informationen wieder gegangen. Um 15 Uhr haben wir dann eine WhatsApp an die genannte Nummer geschickt und nie eine Antwort erhalten. Die Nummer ist korrekt und steht auch auf der Webseite. Am Abend noch eine Mail geschickt und auch keine Antwort erhalten. Anscheinend hat man es hier nicht nötig neue Kunden zu erreichen. Zum Glück ist die Auswahl an Tauchschulen hier sehr groß und wir sind zu einer anderen, bei der man sich sofort anmelden konnte und auch die Tauchgänge für den nächsten Tag gleich bekannt waren. Ich habe noch nie eine so unorganisierte Tauchschule erlebt und kann nur davon abraten hier seine Zeit zu verschwenden. – via

Disgraceful customer service and nowhere near the level expected for a 5-star hotel such as the Four Seasons. My husband and I received a gift card as a wedding present from a dear friend to spend at the Four Seasons Seychelles on our honeymoon. We wanted to use it towards dinner at one of their restaurants but when we called to book a table, we were told reservations are not possible as the resort has too many guests.
We then asked if we can use our gift card in the future as we were staying for 10-days which is when the receptionist said that she would look into it and call us back which never happened.
We will be using our voucher in Four Seasons London where they know what true customer service is. – via

Recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Seychelles and wow, what an experience! A huge shoutout to the GM Renan for making everything seamless. Gorgeous views. Amazing beach. Service is pretty consistent with Four Seasons although we are in a tropical highland. So, expect island time service at times.

As some of other reviews have noted, the resort has been around. The villas show their age but in a charming/luxurious kind of way.

Breakfast is amazing. Limited restaurant options if you stay for a long time. – via

I have dived in many countries and in different locations in Seychelles (Beau Vallon and Praslin) before this one and this has been the worst diving center I have seen so far. I dived with the Dutch owner and he was really unpleasant and impatient. If a diver needed more time to go down, he would just say to the diver to go back to the boat, I have never seen this before. If he takes the responsibility of a group, he should adapt to the level and speed of the group. If he is not willing to do that he should just go diving on its own. This is clearly not professional and not the behaviour expected of a 5 stars Padi center.

Regarding the equipment, I second the comment of Daniel Szabo, the octopus were leaking, which does not give confidence in the material.

Tldr; Do yourself a favor: avoid the unpleasant and impatient Dutch man and Dive The North. – via

Very friendly staff but poor pre-dive briefing. Dive guide did not adhere to some basic diving rules under water. Some equipment is clearly faulty, leaking octopus, super worn out snorkeling fins given to divers.. But the BCDs and wetsuits were actually very good. Dutch owner has absolutely bad attitude – if he does not have the patience, he should not work in the service industry. All in all very nice dives and the monopoly situation on the southern side of the island makes this dive center unavoidable. – via

Das für uns beste Dive Resort das wir uns aussuchen konnten. Jonathan als Tauchlehrer war einfach nur klasse. Man merkt das er seinen Job gerne macht und zu 100% dahintersteckt. Er war immer über WhatsApp erreichbar. Danke dir das wir das tauchen für uns entdeckt haben und den Open Water Diver abgeschlossen haben. Das ganze Team ist klasse und steht voll hinter dem was sie machen. Der Abschlusstauchgang mit Grandy hat riesen Spaß gemacht. Immer einen lustigen Spruch auf den Lippen.
Behaltet euch alle eure sympathisch, nette Art bei. Wir werden auf alle Fälle nochmal kommen.
