My wife had bought numerous masks for snorkeling over the years, none of which she was happy with either because they didn’t properly fit her face (and subsequently leaked) or were bad about fogging up. We went to Panama City Diving yesterday and were promptly greeted by Sarah. Sarah was extremely helpful in explaining how to properly determine fit, and then had my wife try on each make and model of mask to figure out which had the best fit. She also explained how to properly prep the new mask to reduce fogging, and walked us through picking out a lense color. Sarah’s level of customer service was outstanding! – via

I recently had the pleasure of embarking on an open water ocean dive with the Narcosis, and it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish, the trip was filled with breathtaking marine life and the expertise of Captain David.
The Narcosis was a fantastic vessel for our dive excursion. The ship was well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable journey. The crew members were friendly, attentive, and made us feel safe throughout the entire trip.
Captain David has a knowledge and passion for the ocean and it was evident from the moment we set foot on the Narcosis. Captain David and divemaster Brian’s briefings were informative, comprehensive, and delivered with an infectious enthusiasm that made us even more excited to dive. Captain David led us with confidence, guiding us to the best spots while ensuring we adhered to safety protocols. Divemaster Brian’s experience and expertise were invaluable, making us feel secure and enabling us to fully enjoy the stunning sights beneath the surface.
One aspect that stood out was the attention given to divers of all experience levels. Whether you were a beginner or an advanced diver, the crew, along with Captain David, tailored the dive to suit everyone’s needs. They provided assistance and support, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and had a remarkable experience.
The captain also came around to everyone and spoke to them and checked on them and asked about their individual dives.
Overall, my open water ocean dive with the Narcosis and Captain David was an unforgettable adventure. From the moment we boarded the ship to the moment we bid farewell, everything was impeccably organized, and the professionalism and passion of Captain David and his crew were truly commendable. I would highly recommend this dive experience to anyone seeking a thrilling and awe-inspiring journey into the wonders of the deep blue sea.

This place is wonderful! I came here for my open water certification. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was having problems clearing my ears. My instructor was patient, and he made sure I was able to dive safely. I really liked how passionate everyone is about diving, it’s not just a job for them.
