Booked a double dive with these guys while visiting Jervis Bay in Jan. Very friendly crew, squeezed me in for a night dive and then rang me to say spots had opened on the advanced boat. Could not fault their communication. Excellent and knowledgeable DM (Elli) made both dives thoroughly enjoyable. Dived the nursery and the wall, both beautiful with plenty of grey nurse sharks and some baby sharks too. Boat captain Alan knowledgeable and friendly. Worked great as a single diver as several others were also booked as a one. Highly recommend, would dive again with these guys anytime. – via google

1 star for the lack of understand and processing of refund. They cancelled our tour due to weather conditions. The refund policy states 21 days to refund. Currently been waiting over 30 days for a refund with no date for the refund to be processed
Not helpful at all in making this process easy. No one to talk to regarding refunds. Always an excuse on why they havent refunded the money. They have had us booked for over 12 months. Cancelled twice by the dive centre and still without a refund. Booking was for 7 people. Very disappointing – via google

Just did three days of diving with Dive Jervis Bay, which included three dives at the nursery, two at the wall, and two self-guided shore dives at Summercloud Bay. The dives were spectacular, especially the wall and the night dive at the nursery. Lots of amazing marine life and beautiful underwater rock formations and swim-throughs. The shop, divemasters and skippers were great. Will definitely be back. – via google
