Fantastic 2 weeks stay at this hotel. Great beach and outdoors area, flawless hotel rooms and most importanly warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Special thanks to our habibis Ahmed and Hamdy for amazing dinners at the buffet, flawless food and always a great and friendly atmosphere. Bellissima esperienza in questo meraviglioso resort. Tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza in reception, al trasporto da un posto all’altro con delle golf car, la cura nel giardino, le 3 piscine stupende (di cui una riscaldata) e la meravigliosa barriera corallina. Ho potuto apprezzare il lavoro del bagnino Hossam il quale mi ha potuto spiegare tante cose, e del cuoco Ahmed che ci deliziava con dei piatti cotti al momento durante la cena. L’animazione super, Alexandra, Mohamed e gli altri ragazzi del team hanno saputo rendere speciale il nostro soggiorno. Grazie all’agenzia di viaggi Come&go travel che ci ha permesso di scoprire questo angolo di paradiso, ad Emanuela e Francuzzo che ci sono sempre stato accanto e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Eccellente! Avendovi soggiornato piacevolmente lo scorso anno, abbiamo deciso di tornare qui. Location elegante ed arredata con gusto, camere gradevoli e dotate di ogni confort, estrema pulizia nelle parti comuni come nelle camere. È ubicato favorevolmente, non distante dall’aeroporto e vicino a Sharm vecchia, ove poter passeggiare la sera in completa sicurezza. È dotato di accesso al mare, (diretto e attraverso un pontile sempre presidiato), di palestra, varie piscine e campo da tennis. Il wifi supporta su tutto il perimetro (camere e spiaggia comprese), consentendo chiamate gratuite all’estero: caratteristica non scontata ed utilissima! La cucina, internazionale, è gradevole e varia; molta attenzione viene dedicata all’igiene, consentendo di alimentarsi di cibi crudi con estrema serenità! Quanto al personale (essendo forse il ventesimo soggiorno in Egitto), mai ne abbiamo conosciuto di più disponibile, gentile e corretto: per qualunque difficoltà, sono pronti ad ascoltare e risolvere prontamente, onde ottenere la soddisfazione del cliente. Un ringraziamento a Ramy del Lobby bar per i suoi cocktail deliziosi e molto scenografici (vere opere d’arte): magnifico luogo in cui trascorrere un dopo-cena rilassante e tranquillo; grazie anche allo chef Ahmed Hamouda, che ci ha coccolato con le sue delizie.
