I purchased some dive weights from the store on the 9th of N…
I purchased some dive weights from the store on the 9th of November. No contact nor any info until I emailed the store on the 16th of November.
On the 18th of November my email was responded to.
I was told the system had a glitch and they would be ready for delivery on the Monday.
I needed the weights to complete my set-up.
So I purchased the weights elsewhere and asked for a refund and my credit card to be credited and cancel the order. Yep OK no worries, we are sorry about that.
It is now the 25th of November still no refund. I have sent a further email with no response.
I have tried calling the store over a dozen times to only hear a recorded message saying the days they are closed.
Not sure what is going on, even if the store is still trading. – via
