I recently completed my open water course at Dive HQ with Ethan as my instructor, and it was an amazing experience. Ethan is a true professional who also knows how to make learning fun.
His enthusiasm and expertise made the whole process enjoyable. I highly recommend Dive HQ and especially Ethan for anyone looking to learn scuba diving. Can’t wait to learn more about diving and advance my knowledge of the mysterious seas with Dive HQ! – via

We had the most amazing experience for our first time diving at the beautiful Goat Island Marine Reserve with Dive HQ. A huge thank you to our awesome instructor Chris along with Jessye and Ronan! We were so well looked after, the team calmed our nerves and taught us everything clearly and with so much patience. Once we were underwater we were made to feel safe with someone with us the whole time so we were able to enjoy the awesome sea life! Highly recommended to all! 🙂 – via

My partner and I had the pleasure of experiencing Goat Island with two great trainee dive masters, Jessye and Ronan (under the very experienced and watchful eye of Chris).

We are both very comfortable at heights but felt a bit out of our depths floating around with all this strange gear on! However, the crew were great at helping us feel more comfortable and quickly adapted to the underwater world thanks to some arm holding and fun vibes.

Visibility was amazing and we saw so many fish!

I have just finished my Divemaster course with Chris. Chris is the epitome of professionalism, he knows how to push you to get the very best out of you, and also keep everything super fun at the same time. Chris is a brilliant example of what a mentor – protégé relationship should look like. I have had a better time than I could have ever imagined. I Managed to do my padi open water course the last couple weekends with Dive HQ. The team at Dive HQ have been great in communication throughout the covid restrictions responding quick to any queries and questions. When I finally managed to do my practical dives they where welcoming friendly and helpful making it a smooth run 2 weekends. My instructor Kalani was very professional whilst keeping it fun (bad jokes) and interesting at the same time. The sea dives took place in Matheson Bay which was great I always felt safe underwater and Kalani was always there if anything was to go wrong but also gave you space to complete tasks by yourself. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking at doing there open water diving course. – via
