Captain Gavin and his assistance were awesome! They provided excellent service and tailored our stops based on what we wanted. He was patient with us and we never felt pressured or rushed. The boat was clean and we had ample refreshments and great music. I will definitely use his services in the future – via google

Gentilissima la proprietaria (straniera) nella comunicazione e nell’offrire uno sconto importante non richiesto (50$).

Le due immersioni sono state un po povere, ma sopratutto poco sicure.

Il divemaster è sceso senza pinne, in un mare con forte corrente e onde (siamo sub con 300 immersioni alle spalle). Non attende che tutti siano ok in discesa e risale senza avvisare, senza sosta di sicurezza.

Pausa di superficie minima (abbiamo dovuto aspettare per ottenere 20 minuti).

Alla seconda immersione tutto l’equipaggio è sceso in acqua, lasciando la barca ancorata da sola. – via google

People in the shop are very nice. Because of weather conditions we could only do one of the two planned dives. We did the blue hole dive near the shop, the debrief was not clear enough and the dive resulted being harder than expected with little viz, strong currents entering a dark and deep cave. Created a lot of stress in divers. There was a rope inside the cave to help fighting the current that was not explained in the briefing. We didn’t feel secure. – via google

Great experience jumping! However, Horrible service. The workers that helped us were not helpful and not happy to help. We were so excited to be there and our mood totally changed working with them. Not only that, but I paid for a video and the USB They gave me DIDNT EVEN INCLUDE THE VIDEO. I even asked before I left if they could show me if it was on there and they wouldn’t let me. Very difficult to work with and am very frustrated with the experience. Honestly would not recommend. The supervisor was horrible – via google

Our story. 2 experienced divers who dive off our own boat a lot. Anchored nearby so figured we’d check out a couple of dive sites the easy way.

Guy with 9 dives on boat. They didn’t team him with another experienced diver who was aboard. Dive master ignored entire group, never asked re: air and literally swam off. It was dangerous. I did not write this review for experienced divers, but newer divers should be aware. – via google

Me and my wife did the snorkeling trip. It was alot of fun and the staff is great. They do there best to give you an awesome experience. We swam with a group of sea turtles and got to see some dolphins. I do highly suggest dive exuma. I’d like to say thankyou to the lovely lady that runs the shop. The BEST spot to dive in Exuma! I love that it’s locally owned and operated by a wonderful couple. Tamara and Jonathan were very responsive and helpful. I had trouble finding the place and Tamara took the time to give me instructions over the phone until I arrived. Tyrone was so attentive to the divers on the boat and made sure we had a fantastic experience. He took us to the best spots. I will be back in few months! I just can’t get enough. We are currently staying at Sandals and they canceled all their dives, called Dive Exuma and unfortunately, they are full for about a week, but the dive shop lady (forgot her name) was super nice and provided us with info for other options. 5 stars for great customer service. – via Google
