Top experience. Highly recommend this great team. The location is convenient by the ferry, restaurants and accommodation. Also, boat access is a stones throw away so those concerned with walking with heavy gear need not worry. I did the nearby “breaking wall” dive in clear, calm, shallow waters. Tons to see in an engaging and relaxing environment suitable for all. Lorna, dude/darling, you’re the best. Thanks all, for being flexible to my awkward schedule. – via google

We had never been snorkeling before, and this was the perfect first experience. What this family is offering isn’t just a service; it’s a gift.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed in, given all the information we needed to feel confidant in the experience, guided through the facility, and geared up by a clear veteran. Filip was our snorkeling lead, and he was personable, funny, and clearly skilled. Lorna met us at the door and was incredible at getting us settled in and ready. Darek led the whole experience smoothly, confidently, and with great care and humor. Aleksandra was incredibly kind, sent us off with delicious tea, and have us great advice for places to busy while on the island.

Really, if you’re going to Inis Mór, make time for this experience. You’ll be glad you did. – via google

As a complete novice doing the open diver 3 day course I found it fantastic. The staff were so good, shout out especially to Lorna Gunn who was our dive master. Someone who makes learning fun.

The timing of the dives was perfect for the ferry times.

The equipment was in perfect working order with change rooms available. The dive areas were beautiful.

I had a really great time doing my first dive ever there ! The staff and guides were very kind and pro. And despite the bad weather at the begining of the dive, I learnt a lot of things and liked a lot the experience ! I’d try again if I go in Inishmore again! – via google

Just back from a amazing weekend in Aran Island (Inishmore) and a great time diving with Dive Academy.

The Diving Center: Dive Academy is the only diving centre in the island. Really good location, just few meters from the pier. The equipment is very new (Scubapro) , very well looked after and they have a huge variety of sizes to fit everyone.

The STAFF were amazing, i felt very welcome in the diving center. In the diving center Ola and Anna were very helpful with the admin part and equipment, in the water Derek, Maeve and Aishling were very good guides and made the dive feels very safe, with all necessary checks to ensure everyone would be safe underwater and have a great time.

The Dive Locations: i have dive in 2 locations (The Straw Island, Seals House (Not Sure)). Good Visibility, some marine life, in the Straw island the seals were very close to the boat, but for me the best part was the underwater vegetation(it was so beautiful).

I highly recommend the Dive Academy and cant wait to go back for few more dives with them.
