I ordered a dive computer via the online shop in early February. I didn’t receive a confirmation email, but the money went out, so I was nervous, but got an email response after asking for it, with a copy of my purchase confirmation, and a note saying it would have to be ordered in, and they’d be in touch once it arrives.
That’s not great, seeing that wasn’t noted on the website, but here we are, right, let’s go with it.
A month after ordering, I sent a follow up email, asking where we were at – no response.
Benefit of the doubt, 5 days later, email asking the same – no response.
So I called, and someone took my details, but basically no direct answers at all. “Looking into it”.
That’s a lot of money to pay for gear, for me anyway, and not to get any answers, or no direct answers, 6 weeks in, is a bit weak.
Waiitng to be called back right now. Happy to change my review once this is resolved. – via
