We booked a jet ski and were promised to be able to jet ski before we had to go back to our cruise ship. When we got to the jet skis there were 10 people in front of us, meaning we were unable to jet ski in time to get back on our boat. We wasted almost $100 getting to/from the beach. After we got back to the booking desk, we had to wait 20 minutes for a refund as they had closed up shop. Would not recommend anybody use their services!! – via

I have worked at this place many times in the past when we arrived in the Grand Cayman Islands. Unfortunately due to the pandemic we have not been back. But always booking with them has been a success. The staff that works the booth always very helpful getting you to where you need to go and making sure you get the best deal. I would definitely use this as an independent when I’m there on my cruise. They are safe. They always get you back in time. – via
