It was ok. This is not through the rainforest as they advertise. It’s through the dry dusty tree tops. There isn’t a lot of instructions on how the zip lines work. It’s an activity to do once but it’s not great. – via

The best day ever! The zip lines are some of the best in the world. Guides are extremely patient and take safety seriously. Mexac was our guide for the cultural tour – he taught usots about coffee and chocolate and was FUN! The animals are lovingly cared for and the enclosures are spacious and provide ample stimulation to keep the animals minds working. The views are breathtaking. Would recommend without hesitation. We visited here 5 years ago and thought it was good. We came here today and were impressed by all the staff and keepers knowledge and friendliness. We also met a knowledgeable young man in the frog area by the name of Alexander. He spoke with us at great length not only about the frogs, but about the turtles and the snakes too. He was very personable. We both were grateful we visited here today. – via
