Was given a bathing suit as gift which I could tell without even trying it on that it was not even close to the right size. This purchase was $90 and it has not even been 24 hrs. Tags never removed and never even tried on. Called store regarding exchange or store credit as I do have the receipt in hand and was told no returns aloud. Terrible customer service! What a waste of money as the item is just as it was when they put it in the bag lass the 24 hrs ago. I would not recommend purchasing from this store. If I could I would give them no stars. – via

Not enough nice things can be said about this store. The employees are always helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure the customers needs are met. I went into the store to try on a pair of sunglasses to replace a warrantied pair of Costas that I had, and the employee working was nice enough to open the cases and find me the exact pairs I was looking for just to be able to try them on (knowing he wouldn’t get a new sale off of it). Not only do they have this awesome customer service, but they have the best selection around for Costa sunglasses, and Olu Kai flip flops, which I ended up grabbing a pair of since he was so helpful with the sunglasses. – via

Wonderful! John knows his equipment and in addition to servicing my regulators they helped me setup and pair my new computer, which took a decent moment. These guys are really great and I be bringing my equipment back at some point. Stellar service & communication. Top notch! – via

Great shop conveniently located off route 1 next to Best Buy. They have a massive selection and I always find something new when I go in. One thing that makes the shop the coolest is the staff that works there. I’ve gone in a handful of times and every time I go in I get a “welcome back.” They’re also very kind to my young kids who visit with us. Besides the casual conversation about my new surfing journey, they also are knowledgeable about the selection of products within the store and offer recommendations frequently. If you’re just visiting the area I recommend putting it on your list of places to visit. You can get some cool tourist stuff or whatever you fancy. In addition to all of this, they have a Vero Beach location that I am hoping to check out soon. – via

very helpful staff and good equipment. They got our family of 5 outfitted in no time with fins, masks, snorkels and a dive flag. They suggested some good snorkel sites nearby as well as down in Jupiter. We had a blast, saw a ton of fish, and all for less $$ than most of our dinners this week. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the girl who helped us didn’t seem to know what she was doing and had to ask another worker several questions and he corrected some misinformation she gave us regarding using a diving flag. Everyone needs training, so not a big deal at all. – via
