(Translated by Google) Super happy. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a tedious, time-consuming drysuit measuring session, whether you need a new stage or a new dive computer, no problem – and testing the new equipment on one of the guidings is of course also fun

Super zufrieden.

(Translated by Google) Poor condition of equipment and high prices. We wonder how the ratings here came about.
We rented equipment for 1 day from DCP for 2 people (over 150 euros for equipment + 70 euros for guide and lake entry + 40 euros for bottles and filling). The worst was that one of the regulators just fell off when returned to the DCP (complete regulator fell off the hose – good thing my friend, OWD with ~10 dives and never been in cold water that didn’t happen underwater would have done that otherwise he may have gotten a hose that was thrown around and inhaled water – a statement afterwards by e-mail from Alexandra was unreasonable that we would not have been able to dive if the regulator had been loose), lamp was not charged (lasted about 10 min, we should have loaded ourselves, but we weren’t told beforehand), an octopus without an O-ring on the first stage (we didn’t notice it as a beginner and we didn’t test it on site, since only a compressed air bottle was available at the handout was available, but the regulator was a Nitrox regulator with a different thread, fortunately the guide had one with him, according to DCP it was said afterwards that we as divers always have spare O-rings ourselves must have with you). I couldn’t switch the dive computer to Nitrox either. Alexandra then said that I should have read the operating instructions (we did, but it still didn’t work). I would have expected a good dive center to know the equipment they rent out and to give a short briefing on their own.
We can confirm that prices are not listed transparently on site. Reference is made to a misleading price list that is said to be out of date, prices were then promised verbally, but were then much higher afterwards (e.g. lamp on site allegedly 2 euros, afterwards 12.40 euros; computer alone already 10.40 euros for a simple Suunto Zoop). We will give the DCP a wide berth and do our next dives or future equipment maintenance at another dive center.

– via google
