Fast ferry from Bali (Sanur) to Lembongan Island. Fuss-free online booking and great follow-up communication via email. Instructions were clear and the check-in process straightforward. They then took us by vehicle to the port, where we waited longer than expected to depart half an hour late, but that was fine. 30-minute crossing and then arrived at the beach to disembark. There was even a vehicle ready and waiting to take us to our chosen accommodation on the island! Fabulous service! – via

A lot of misinformation, lack of proper schedule, the ferry waits sometimes 30-40 minutes so that they can sell the last tictets.
